Sheet Metal Services
From a flat sheet to a finished component. Source custom brackets, panels, covers and enclosures for your next project.
Request a Quote
Shape your idea in sheet metal.
Sheet metal fabrication combines cutting and forming operations to create lightweight, practical components. Share the finished part geometry and intended use so that material, thickness, bends and joining methods can be reviewed together.
Cutting & Profiling
Create flat profiles, cutouts and mounting holes for panels, brackets and assembly components.
Bending & Forming
Turn sheet material into shaped parts with bends designed around material thickness, tooling access and assembly fit.
Joining & Finishing
Discuss welding, hardware insertion, assembly and protective or decorative finishes for the finished component.
What to consider before you quote.
| Project detail | What to share or discuss |
|---|---|
| Typical materials | Aluminum, stainless steel and carbon steel sheet; grade and thickness confirmed during review. |
| Useful files | Formed 3D model, dimensioned drawing and DXF flat pattern where available. |
| Key details | Thickness, bend radii, grain direction where relevant, hole locations, hardware and weld requirements. |
| Finishing options | Powder coating, painting, brushing or other treatments appropriate to the selected material. |
Drawing tip
Include the intended material thickness, bend angles and assembled dimensions. Place critical dimensions on the formed part drawing and specify any visible surfaces.
